I am hosting the 108 sun salutations, in Reading on June 14th. I would like this to be an annual event and would like you to join me.
The Sun Salutations are the yogic warm up and work every part of the body. To repeat this 108 times will be similar to repeating a mantra 108 times, just this will hopefully become a movement meditation. This challenge will NOT be a race or be COMPETITIVE. It will be broken down into rounds of 9 sets of 12 rounds and rests in between.
Our time together will consist of pranayama (breathing exercises to get the body ready), 108 sun salutations and a guided relaxation to finish. Approx 3hrs.
